Went in today for an emergency appointment. Receptionist was lovely, on phone and in person. I was seen by the most warming and welcoming dentist I’ve met, Garry. Considering about an hour before I had dental trauma elsewhere, I was so anxious. Garry and his nurse (sorry I didn’t catch the name) were so reassuring, talked me through everything before, during and after. I honestly shed a happy tear when he got the tooth out, such an emotional and physical relief. Thank you ever so much, I’ll be sure to be back (though not with emergency!) and I will recommend to anybody and everybody. Thank you ☺️

A lovely dentist
Absolutely lovely front desk workers. They were very polite, welcoming and helped me out with the forms when I didn’t understand.
The dentist I had seen today was very lovely, did a great job, listened to my worries and concerns. I left feeling much more confident and less scared to get my teeth done.

I didn’t feel a thing
I was put at ease and talked through the procedure I was about to go through. I was in the dentist chair for nearly 3 hours and I didn’t feel a thing, not even the injections in my mouth.
