I was an anxious patient due to previous experience at my NHS dentist. Andy Healey’s name was recommended twice to me and this was my incentive to find out more about cosmetic braces.
Each time I attended the Clinic, the receptionists, aka Charlie’s Angels, greeted me with beautiful smiles and were so helpful. Matthew, not an Angel, was upbeat and super helpful too. The Clinic is pristine and upscale.
On meeting Andy, he immediately put me at ease. He answered my queries and explained the whole process including costings etc. Andy informed me that he felt he could straighten my teeth over six months! The whole process seemed to fly by and true to his word, after six months, the braces came off and I no longer had a crossed front tooth. Once Andy and I were satisfied with the results he then began the gentle process of cosmetically whitening my teeth over approx four weeks. The results were amazing and I am so grateful to Andy and his staff for my improved smile. I also saw Gary over another issue. He too was very kind and was able to clear up the problem at the same appointment.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Andy Healey at Liverpool’s Pall Mall Dental Clinic, 5 stars.

What an experience, I suffer from extreme anxiety so going in today as you can imagine was terrible for me but Andrew and Molly the dental nurse made me feel at ease from the minute I walked in. Molly held my hand and Andrew spoke to me like a friend rather than a client, I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I have to go back to get more done and I know I’ll feel less anxious next time. I would highly recommend Pall Mall, extremely professional but also on my level, thank you, you are amazing and I can’t wait for my teeth to be all finished

Very pleasant staff throughout. The clinic was clean and tidy and very modern. I met the lovely Garry who put me at easy along side his dental nurse/technician, answered all my questions and quickly set to work on a dental plan! Lovely experience

I've been attending Pall Mall Dental Clinic for a few years for teeth alignment and other work by Garry. I was always nervous going to a dentist but Garry and the team always put me at ease, explain what is being done step by step and check I'm comfortable throughout any procedure. The whole team is really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

An excellent experience at Align Health Clinic. The osteopathy treatment I've received from both Matthew and Jack has been outstanding – professional, effective, and tailored to my needs. All the team at the clinic is also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which creates a really positive atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Andrew and his team have been my dentist for past 10 years after having Chemo, an awful experience with bone probs in mouth. I got my smile back, it’s not as expensive as people think. I work and don’t earn a lot of money but I think a smile is the most beautiful thing a person can wear. The team are amazing and reassuring, I never feel uncomfortable when attending my appointment, thank you Andrew and Team for being so wonderful
