His assistant is amazing and all the reception staff , I feel totally safe in his care , it’s painless too as he has the best equipment. A very caring man with a good sense of humour .

I’ve been a patient at Pall Mall Dental Clinic in Liverpool for around nine years now, and I genuinely wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. From the moment you step through the door, the experience is warm, professional, and completely reassuring.

Dentists Jamie and Andy are absolute masters of their craft. I’ve undergone extensive treatment over the years, including crowns, veneers, and restorative work - and not once have I experienced any significant pain or discomfort. Their calm, consistent communication throughout each procedure is exceptional. They explain each stage clearly, talk you through what to expect, and always ensure you're comfortable before moving on. It’s a level of care that builds real trust, so much so, I’ve often found myself so relaxed in the chair, I’ve nearly drifted off to sleep!

The dental assistants and reception staff are also equally impressive - always friendly, welcoming, and professional. The team clearly takes pride in delivering outstanding care and customer service, and it shows in every single interaction.

In summary, Pall Mall Dental Clinic is everything a dental practice should be - expertly run, patient-focused, and genuinely compassionate. Jamie, Andy, and the whole team are true professionals, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

WARM, WELCOMING & CARING. Everything you want for a dental clinic. They also offer great finance packages to pay rather than all at once making it affordable ! Got rid of my fear of going the dentist, couldn’t recommend a better place !!!

Got a quick appointment for repair of a chipped tooth. Gary was a star and built me a strong, matching tooth. I am very happy. Receptionists and assistants are very nice.

I have been a patient under Dr Garry Wilson for 10 years now, having followed him when he has moved to new practices. Garry's attention to detail, knowledge and caring demeanour have opened my eyes as to what to can be achieved in dentistry, following many years as a patient on the NHS conveyor belt. Dr Wilson has transformed my smile and safeguarded the health and function of my teeth with the work he has diligently carried out through the years. I would certainly recommend this practice, but above all, I would implore you to seek out Dr Wilson's expertise

I was an anxious patient due to previous experience at my NHS dentist. Andy Healey’s name was recommended twice to me and this was my incentive to find out more about cosmetic braces.
Each time I attended the Clinic, the receptionists, aka Charlie’s Angels, greeted me with beautiful smiles and were so helpful. Matthew, not an Angel, was upbeat and super helpful too. The Clinic is pristine and upscale.
On meeting Andy, he immediately put me at ease. He answered my queries and explained the whole process including costings etc. Andy informed me that he felt he could straighten my teeth over six months! The whole process seemed to fly by and true to his word, after six months, the braces came off and I no longer had a crossed front tooth. Once Andy and I were satisfied with the results he then began the gentle process of cosmetically whitening my teeth over approx four weeks. The results were amazing and I am so grateful to Andy and his staff for my improved smile. I also saw Gary over another issue. He too was very kind and was able to clear up the problem at the same appointment.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Andy Healey at Liverpool’s Pall Mall Dental Clinic, 5 stars.

What an experience, I suffer from extreme anxiety so going in today as you can imagine was terrible for me but Andrew and Molly the dental nurse made me feel at ease from the minute I walked in. Molly held my hand and Andrew spoke to me like a friend rather than a client, I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I have to go back to get more done and I know I’ll feel less anxious next time. I would highly recommend Pall Mall, extremely professional but also on my level, thank you, you are amazing and I can’t wait for my teeth to be all finished

Very pleasant staff throughout. The clinic was clean and tidy and very modern. I met the lovely Garry who put me at easy along side his dental nurse/technician, answered all my questions and quickly set to work on a dental plan! Lovely experience
