Excellent Experience
Excellent experience from start to finish. I have had dental trauma in the past from another dentist so am really apprehensive going for dental treatment. But, going to Dr Healy for over 17 years has been trouble free and I have been looked after and am not scared anymore. Amazing!!!

Outstanding Team
Front house team, Mat, Claire, I don’t know everyone else's name, apologies dental nurses, & the amazing dentist James.
I have been using Pall Mall when it first opened, and I have returned again for all my dental hygiene and dental care.
Nobody likes the dentist.
Drilling, needles.
But at Pall Mall you’re with the best clinical team, once you are in the chair.
You are numbed up, ear phones so you don’t hear drilling, stress ball to hand, talk you through everything, I even got my mother in law to come just before Christmas, she had not been to the dentist in years, needed bridge, bonding, fillings, root canal, went under James, followed everything through, like a new woman now, smiles on photos, confidence back.
Teeth are amazing.
Thank you for today with my filling root canal, see you in a few weeks for the rest of the procedure, thank you for talking me through today Alicia.

Had to have 2 crowns replaced after a bad fall...
Was hard to match colour & materials, with other crowns as they were done 20 years ago... but Andrew managed to do just that... feel much happier now ...been a work in progress but finally all complete...

Nervous Patient with Anxiety
Would highly recommend Pall Mall Dental to anyone who suffers like I do with fear and anxiety. This is the only dentist I have ever returned to as I’m always made to feel comfortable and never judged for being so nervous at my age . I have been coming here for many years and I’m sure I wouldn’t still have my own teeth if it wasn’t for Mr Healey and his team . Nice relaxed atmosphere , always welcoming and a good no pressure approach to any treatment you need , everything is explained and I value their opinion on any work needed . I researched and found Pall Mall online after literally running out of the Dentist chair for years , never thought it would happen but here I am years later still coming when I need to without that awful feeling and fear that I had .
