Appointment went to plan as usual and treatment and check up carried out. Always a positive experience since I changed to the dentist about 6 years ago. All the staff and dentists are pleasant and I have always been happy with my treatment.

Best dentist ever
Garry is the absolutely best dentist I have ever seen. He is kind, understanding, mildly amusing! Ha.
He listens, is empathetic, responsive and does an amazing job, he always makes me feel like I’m in a safe pair of hands whilst treating me.
The girls and Matthew are great as well and are always welcoming and friendly when I visit .. first rate service all around.

Gary went out of his way to fit me in on short nortice because I left it last minute and had my wedding the next day and wanted my teeth perfect for the photos. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Excellent Experience
Excellent experience from start to finish. I have had dental trauma in the past from another dentist so am really apprehensive going for dental treatment. But, going to Dr Healy for over 17 years has been trouble free and I have been looked after and am not scared anymore. Amazing!!!

Outstanding Team
Front house team, Mat, Claire, I don’t know everyone else's name, apologies dental nurses, & the amazing dentist James.
I have been using Pall Mall when it first opened, and I have returned again for all my dental hygiene and dental care.
Nobody likes the dentist.
Drilling, needles.
But at Pall Mall you’re with the best clinical team, once you are in the chair.
You are numbed up, ear phones so you don’t hear drilling, stress ball to hand, talk you through everything, I even got my mother in law to come just before Christmas, she had not been to the dentist in years, needed bridge, bonding, fillings, root canal, went under James, followed everything through, like a new woman now, smiles on photos, confidence back.
Teeth are amazing.
Thank you for today with my filling root canal, see you in a few weeks for the rest of the procedure, thank you for talking me through today Alicia.

Had to have 2 crowns replaced after a bad fall...
Was hard to match colour & materials, with other crowns as they were done 20 years ago... but Andrew managed to do just that... feel much happier now ...been a work in progress but finally all complete...
