Expert care with a huge dose of empathy
I first became a patient 8 years ago and turned up with a whole host of dental issues after a fall had caused a fair bit of damage to my face and teeth.
Through the expert care of Andrew and the team, which was quite extensive and involved one very anxious patient, I can’t really begin to describe the difference it made to my world.
Since then Andrew and now Jamie and Gary, I have needed a few more procedures and time after time, their expertise and kindness have made such a difference.
I have a few health issues, and I know people like me often avoid going to the dentist for so many reasons - waiting for hours, impersonal care, and having to explain over and over again.
This team know me pretty well now and go above and beyond to ensure that they take great care of me.
And can I thank all of the staff, who are also polite, professional and welcoming.

Everything, the staff, Matthew just stood out for me, we got on like a house on fire, always there to help in any way he could. Andy my dentist, would recommend to anyone, just the best. I am one happy girl walking out the dentist today.

Changed my life
The professionalism of the practice. All the staff are so friendly and supportive. I had a terrible time with the NHS dentist that made so anxious about ever going back to a dentist until I was introduced to Pall Mall. Andy has been my dentist for some time now and all I can say is, he literally changed my life. I would never see another dentist or go anywhere else than here.

Great with my daughter
Team on reception super friendly and helpful, staff great with my daughter who has only been to the dentist twice.
Only complaint is I used to see Andrew, and have then seen 2 other dentists, but you were great at communicating the change and why.
