⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – My continued smile journey.

Continuing my smile journey, for the first time I went into my appointment without any fear. This was entirely down to Andy, who made me feel 100% calm and relaxed. He has a fantastic connection with his clients and really puts you at ease.
Previously, I had two implants placed along with temporary veneers. At this appointment, I attended to have my permanent veneers fitted. However, with one of the implants, Andy wasn’t completely happy to finish the procedure today as it hasn’t fully set yet. I’ll be returning in six weeks to complete the final stage.
I honestly can’t express how happy I am feeling right now with my new smile. Andy and his team are exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who feels nervous or apprehensive about dental work — Andy is definitely the person to see.

M front 4 teeth bonded

I had my front 4 teeth bonded by Jamie, was so happy with the results, he made the process easy for me as it was my first time having cosmetics, I’d also like to thank other staff, Jenny who communicated really well throughout my time at Pall Mall, Molly who made my whitening trays quick enough and also Millie who was really good assisting Jamie through the procedure. Thank you everyone at Pall Mall.

I went for a consultation 12/12/25 was so nervous but the minute I walked in the girls on the desk made me feel so at ease my appointment was with Andy (what a guy he's amazing) what a beautiful soul he is if this review tells others one thing it's please go get a consultation all the staff and the treatment you get is on another level they really care about you and will do whatever is best for you not what they can make money from you (and the coffee is amazing) 😁

Attentive, friendly and professional

Gary is always attentive, friendly and professional. The nurse frequently checks that I am doing well, as they are both aware of my dentist phobia.
In general, it’s easy to get appointments and everyone at the practice is very friendly.

Jamie is a professional Earth Angel and his team at Pall Mall are amazing, they're so friendly, warm and welcoming and puts you at ease. If I had given them 10 out of 10 I would definitely give them a 20 if I could. To sum Jamie up with one word it would be Amazing
