The team have been great. I've had three separate surgeries for bone grafts x2 implants x3 and a bridge due to gum issues caused by high blood pressure medication. Surgeries were well organised. They explained fully what would be happening. And the aftercare was great. Jam, Caitlin, Holly, Grace and Georgia have really looked after me. They've worked with me on timescales so that the financial pressure isn't as bad as it could have been. Which I really appreciate. I'm finally pain free! Two more surgeries and I'll be done, hopefully.

Great dental clinic!
Multiple dental plans, late appointments, multiple remainders before appointment so you definitely won't miss it. X ray once a year. Holly is great hygienist!

I have had ongoing issues with one of my teeth for several years that eventually got removed. I had been referred to Primadental for a second opinion to make sure the gum was in a good position for a dental implant. The staff and dentist were extremely helpful and friendly and talked me through each stage of what would happen when I got the implant. I have since had the post fitted ready for the implant an the staff were fantastic throughout . Highly recommended

The last few appointments I had with them, I went in feeling fine. The following day there was always an issue. Clearly making up ailments when there was none to make more money. I had been in hospital prior to one of my appointments where there was no issues with my teeth, but during a visit the dentist said there was. Trust gone.
Then they told my the price of my plan was going up, even though I know people on the same plan. Theirs didn't go up.

I was assessed by Dr Jam at Leeds and I found him friendly and easy to talk to, he fully explained what needed to be done. I was then informed that he had left Leeds. I was upset as I am very nervous of the dentist but felt confident with Dr Jam so I looked on the internet and found him through Instagram. I messaged him asking if he was still practising as I would like him to treat me. I am so glad I did - I had my treatment at Liverpool and not only Dr Jam but his team were friendly and reassured me through the procedure. Absolutely first class service and treatment glad I made the 2 hour journey well worth it
