Primadent Dental

Took my son in for an emergency appointment with dental hygienist Maryam. She was absolutely wonderful with my 4year old. She had him in the chair for a long procedure and succesfully completed the treatment without any fuss at all. Both Maryam and the dental nurse Ruhel had my son feeling at ease, happy and safe. Most would have given up and referred us to hospital especially when it comes to children. Cant express my gratitude enough. Thank you Maryam and Ruhel

Me and my children have recently came patients at primadent the staff are so nice and welcoming nothing has been a problem eveytime I phone over my kids always helpful and get it sorted so glad I choose this dentist as my last was a nightmare 🙂

Amazing experience. I had a broken tooth and also some fillings needed doing. Got appointment within two weeks which would not have happened at my old dental practice. The staff were all very polite and lovely. Dr Jamshed was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing and explained everything in detail. He made me welcome and at ease. I didn't feel any pain during the extraction or fillings and my wound has healed nicely.

Would 100% percent recommend.

Staff are so lovely especially the Nurses!!! Can't wait for my new smile using boutique whitening and composite bonding highly reccomend Dr.Jam who's teeth are also really white!!!(always a good sign)😁

Highly recommend this practice, I'm a very nervous patient and for this reason avoided visiting the dentist for years until I found Dr Jam !! He explains every procedure thoroughly and professionally and is extremely patient and puts me at ease totally . I would never consider going to anyone else .

I use this dentist every three months for check up. I find the service is excellent and the
staff very helpful, as soon as you walk in. Appointment are almost on time and the staff are excellent and very polite and they make comfortable. It has excellent service and staff are very polite and helpful. I can not fault it. I will always recommend to everyone as sometime they will help you in an emergency too without an appointment.

I had to go back for implantation for one of my tooth. Again Service is excellent All the staff looked after me before the surgery and after the surgery I am very pleased with the out outcome No complaint at all.

Friendly Dentist, industry aware dental nurse and friendly receptionist.

Clean, bright and functional premises, without flashy bells and whistles.

Dentist had extremely white teeth!

Appointment was on time.

My appointment was rather briefer than any I have ever had before.
To be fair though, I had booked an emergency appointment, but I'd popped my abscess myself the night before like a Rambo, and so the issue had rescinded somewhat. (Having travelled around the tropics gives one a relative degree of medical independence).

So there was not much more the dentist wanted to do within the parameters of the pain relief appointment.

Nevertheless, I was a little surprised at the briefness, but then again, the last dentist i saw was 6 years ago in Shanghai. For half the price of today's appointment, I got VIP guest treatment after just walking in off the street, with no appointment, for a casual check up after just walking past, so I was a bit spoiled six years ago.

But this is the UK, after all. It is not really fair to compare Shanghai's standard's of service to the UK's. I've no idea what other UK dentists are like. Similar, I presume.

Anyrate, more work to be done. So I've made another appointment for a more thorough check.

I shall see what happens next.

My husband had an appointment at primadent, thought I'll tag along to see how it goes plus I've just moved and needed a dentist for myself.
Had some bad experiences at some dental practices but everyone here were soo professional and very friendly, we even got called in on time.
The dentist that was treating my husband was excellent, explained every step to him whilst treating him, helping him feel comfortable with whatever she was doing.
The whole team were amazing, would be going along with them and 100% recommend. 👌

I sent my wife to the clinic and they were very kind and welcoming. My wife says she did not feel. Dr. Jamsheed Mansour's hand was very light. Thank you for your care.
