I came without an appointment for myself today and explained I wasn’t happy because the issue I came in for 10 days ago hasn’t been resolved and I wasn’t happy to pay again to be seen for same issue. They arranged for me to be seen pretty much straight away (5-10 minutes later)without paying again which I was grateful for. I was seen by DR MARWA who is the loveliest and friendliest dentist I have ever seen in my life. She completely understood my concern and referred me to a hospital after taking an x-ray. Really happy with the way they handled it. Thank you.

My grandson is an NHS patient. I state this as in some cases you are made to feel less then if you're not a private patient not at Primadent I'm happy to say. My grandson is also on the spectrum which can make it difficult for people to understand his needs and his overwhelming fear of the dentist. Tonight having been to Primadent Ltd in Fairfield it was pleasant and supportive experience. From the reception staff who are always very friendly and helpful to the Dentist who treated my grandson with empathy, understanding, patience and respect. A positive affirmation was my grandson thought the dentist very professional, patient, kind and a thoroughly nice man and so long as he sees him again he will go back!
Only one small thing is that the radio is too loud especially for people with sensitive hearing. I'm sure that can be addressed.

As a child i had a bad experience at the dentist.Since Primadent took over the surgery the staff go over and beyond to make you feel comfortable.Holly and Dr Jam are always professional in their job and will always listen to any concerns.
