The staff at Primadent were extremely friendly and accommodating.Dr Jam and his team carried out my treatment exceptionally and I could not have experienced a better service even down to the reception staffs warm welcome! :)

Been back today with an issue regarding a front tooth. Going on holiday soon and really wanted the treatment before I went. They've managed to squeeze me in and I am absolutely over the moon.... Thank you again Primadent 😁

Not good service they are not care about our health every week different doctors all student learning from our teeth I wait for 2 month for appointment to fill in my tooth and damaged my tooth it was better before fill in now I am in very bad pain I try call not answering I go to emergency doctor ask me who fill in for u I told this dentist a doctor told me not good job. when fill in only for couple of weeks come out again don't care about our health just take money of us now I moved my dentist I am just try save some peoples lives don't go there

Had my false teeth made by Mr Jam he went out of his way to make sure the fit was perfect .I would highly recommend Primadent

Best dentist out there radi is a little belter cant be careful enough dont even fell like anything is getting done would deffo recommend to anyone to go here

Amazing dentist ! I had a really bad tooth but with Dr Rida she managed to get it out really well, she made me feel comfortable and is so caring! I couldn’t recommend enough!

Over the years Ive had so many bad experiences with dentists and have a fear of needles, This week I had to have emergency treatment. All the staff were pleasant and Jam explained everything to me and feel less anxious. I would recomend this practice. Thank you to all especially Jam and practice manager Sarah.

I had a root canal and an onlay put on my tooth. This is the best dental practice i have been too,the staff are so kind and friendly and i had a phobia of needles and Dr.Jam changed that, he was so gentle and i did not feel a thing. Also my onlay just looks like my tooth and you canot see the difference. My tooth is now pain free and i am very happy with the treatment i have receieved. Please check this dentist out.people are missing out!

Rida Pathan is the most understanding dentist, and calmed me right down. The staff are also wonderful, and also calmed me down. They are the best dentists I have ever seen, hands on heart, concidering my phobias from a bad childhood experience. Delighted to have finally managed to find the best dentists who actually sit and listen to your concerns. My teeth are looking alot nicer, and cannot wait to have my tooth whitening, for a perfect smile, never thought it would be possible. Thankyou you all so much... You are the Best

The staff at Primadent have an extremely welcoming and friendly nature. I found that the staff were all very respectful and have always been so understanding. I really have felt as though the staff care about my wellbeing within the practice and always take the time to ensure I am comfortable which is something I have never experienced at the dentist before! I always feel as though I am involved in the decisions made and have been given clear information about cost. Definitely the most professional and caring dentist I have attended!

Dr Jam and the staff at Primadent have all taken excellent care of me. Thank you for your amazing warm and welcoming nature! As someone who can be quite anxious to go to the dentist the whole team made me feel at ease from the moment I walked into the dentist. This practice is by far one of the best I have attended with an exceptional service. Dr Jam is excellent at explaining all available options, taking extra care to ensure that I understood which treatment options I was able to have and explained exactly what my treatment would involve. Dr Jam answered all of my questions with clarity and patience and is exceptionally skilled! I was so pleased with the service at the dentist that I decided to have Boutique whitening. It gave excellent results and now I am very happy and confident with my smile! Thank you to all the team at Primadent for making my experience at the dentist so much better than I have ever experienced.

I was so impressed by the extensive expertise of the dentist Jam who was extremely informative and put me at ease regarding all aspects of my treatment. I was very anxious and nervous but I was warmly welcomed by all the staff and made to feel comfortable. I'm so so happy with my treatment and could not recommend Jam (Dr Mansoor) enough! I definitely made the right choice by going to Primadent.

I have never, in all my appointments with various dental practices over the years around the world, ever come across a practise that is run by an ignorant, rude collection of inefficient people starting with the practise manager Sarah Young. They are a disgrace.
I don't believe that the contents left are genuine!!!

I've been to loads of dentist places over the years but this by far has been the best. The place is looking fabulous after the new lot took over. The new reception lady Ana was very kind to me - she even took me into a private surgery to help me fill my information on the new technology and I saw her helping loads of other patients who were in too. The nurses there seem really happy and friendly - they must be lead by a good manager!

I met the new dentist Jam who is a top fella- he did me some implants that have changed my life. I might go back for some more - watch this space!

I also went to see Megan to get my teeth cleaned and get my teeth whitened and have some composite bonding done. My whole smile has been transformed and I look like a different person now! She was also dead friendly and caring and all my treatment was totally painless!

The owners have properly changed this place for the better. I used to come here and wasn't really spoken to much about my dental health or what to do to keep my mouth clean but now the new people really talk to me and seem to care about seeing me again. I'll definitely be going back! Out with the old and in with the new!
