Fabulous work and very competent staff! I have been a long-standing patient at another practice and had lost confidence in them over time due to failed treatment and the dentist's dismissive attitude. I had a completely different experience here and would highly recommend it to everyone! Very pleased with my new bridge - I can finally smile again! Thank you Dr Jam!

Today I went in to the surgery was greeted by all the staff made me feel so welcoming !! Meg and jam are just the absolute dream team I genuinely couldn’t ask for a better pair !!! Meg today has done some composite bonding on my front teeth and cleaned them I’m absolutely ecstatic with the results and can’t stop smiling meg is always friendly and professional and makes me at ease during treatments !! Couldn’t thank use enough can’t wait to come back again xxxxx

Visited Primadent today, the dentist and nurses were very nice, friendly. The dentist answered all my concerns about tooth whitening and gave me some advice on how to maintain the tooth colour. The whole process was comfy, smooth and painless. Really nice to meet the staff here, definitely will go there again to get my treatment done.

Would like to thank the team for the excellent service that is provided. Reception registered me quickly, and the treatment from the staff was beyond expectations. Friendly and welcoming throughout my appointments. The staff explained everything in detail, and completed the work I needed whilst ensuring I was okay and comfortable.
Most importantly, treatment was pain free!

The perfect dental practice. The new team is so friendly, kind and caring. I have been attending for many years and never felt I was valued previously. The new dentist advised me I was suffering from gum disease, which initially caused me great anxiety, as the previous dentist had never diagnosed this. The previous staff didn't seem to bother to engage with me or communicate properly at reception, and I never felt valued as a patient.

The new dentist was extremely kind, reassuring and spent time with me to explain everything. I then went to see the therapist, who provided me with the least painful treatment I've ever received, she was extremely efficient and quite lovely. I received wonderful friendly greetings on reception, and the nurses I met seemed very happy and enthusiastic.

After the care I have received I am due to return to discuss the possibility of receiving dental implants in the gaps in my mouth. I can't wait and couldn't recommend this dental practice highly enough!

My wife and I recently had airflow treatment from a brilliantly talented Dental Hygienist at Primadent. Was a little sceptical how clean this treatment could actually get your teeth prior to the appointment but was amazed with the results and how good your teeth felt afterwards. The Dental Hygienist had a wonderful demeanour and was very gentle throughout the process. Highly recommended... A*

I am a 68year old Male and have visited many dentists and found this new owner is the best dentist by far. They are very professional and are currently fitting an implant in the front tooth of my wife. Dr. Mansoor is one of the finest dental surgeons around. My wife and I travel from mid Cheshire to Liverpool passing many other dental practices on the way and it is well worth the trip. Thanks to all the staff from Geoff and Margaret Henson. 2years later and now 70years old I still rate Primadent is the best dentist anywhere. I had a tooth removed and just have started an implant treatment and am more impressed with them than any dentist that I have EVER been to. Well done and a massive thank you to all the staff. Another 12 months on and I am having an implant by Jam and the treatment is perfect in every way. This dentist is the best of the best.once again for pain less treatment. Well done and a massive thank you. Yet again

This has been my family dentist for over fifty years (previously Daley's on Prescott road).My young niece is now the latest patient. I've always found them very professional with friendly staff both receptionists and Dentists.No complaints at allover the years. Moved to another Dentist nearer my home for a couple of years,they weren't a patch on Lathom..so happy to have moved back!
