Being seen to promptly. Cannot fault my dentist's manner and approach to treatment, I even complimented him on it, made to feel relaxed and the whole approach excellent, what an asset to the surgery, thank you.

Considering how much you pay, it is very difficult to get appointments, especially with the hygienist. No privacy at reception.

Thank you for taking the time for completing this feedback, we are sorry we have not met your standards. Our hygienist's are extremely busy with Denplan and Private patients. We have 3 hygienist's at the moment and have advertised for another to help lighten their workload as we agree they are very booked up. I am sure our reception team would have added you to a short notice cancellation list, if any spaces arise sooner.
Our reception area is open, but we do have an office or can accommodate patients into a surgery if they wish to discuss anything personal.

Great as always

I was late for my appointment due to traffic but once I arrived, I still had my appointment and nothing was too much trouble, the reception team were great as always, a really good dentist.
