So lovely, caring

Everyone from front staff to dentist and nurses are so lovely, caring and helpful and god bless them all as to have a dentist at this time is precious, the government need to pay them what they deserve to save people from hurting themselves so I hope they pay our dentist so they can take N H S people on, thank you to you all.

Thank you for your feedback. Payments are taken by reception for certain procedures before entering surgery to see a dentist. We find this cuts down on both reception and patient time, and patients are happy to leave the practice after their appointment. If a further appointment or payment is needed, the dentist will inform the patient and then ask them to return to the reception desk.

Excellent as always

Marie on reception was extremely helpful with advice and adjusting my Denplan to suit my needs better. All reception staff are always friendly and helpful.
