Hygienist
I attended for a hygienist appointment. I was greeted kindly by the hygienist, who was new to me. She asked about my medical history and my tooth cleaning methods. The hygiene process was careful and the hygienist and assistant took care to give me occasional breaks to make myself comfortable.
The appointment was upstairs. The stairs were manageable, but would have been easier if there had been a second handrail after the landing.
The receptionist organised my next appointments efficiently.

Brilliant, very caring
The Hygienist Nishala ( I may have spelled her name wrong ) was brilliant, very caring. It was the most comfortable and pain free I ever had. People before never used numbing cream and never asked whether I wanted it.
Excellent professional. I wish her all the best.
