Amazing

I was an emergency booking and the dental surgery were amazing to me. They managed to fit me in at late notice and I was able to get what I needed resolved all within 20 mins

Receptionists were lovely

Needed an emergency appointment and was seen within a couple of hours. Receptionists were lovely and really helpful.

Thank you for your Feedback, We do understand your frustration as we have suggested a change in ramp on may occasions as the council fitted the one in the front. Unfortunatly with the practice being an old house, structurally we are not wheelchair compliant and unable to make modifications as some modern practices or health centes can. For this reason and for some ease, we do allow wheelchair users and those who need, to enter via our back entrance which is not really for public use.

We are sorry you had to wait, please accept our apologies. Our clinicians do try to run to time, However sometimes circumstances beyond our control can cause us to run over, such as a patient turning up late for their appointment or complications with treatment whilst a patient is in the chair or even a medical emergency. If our reception team are informed from surgery of a severe delay, they normally relay that to our patients.
