I was seen as an emergency the same day I rang in, which was great. The crown was re-set very quickly and I was given good advice on aftercare.

The usual friendly service

From reception to dentist (Otilia) to hygienist (Nisha) I was greeted with the usual friendly service. The reception offered great advice for my twin adult children (always so lovely and helpful whether that be with appointments or just general advice).

Efficient and painless

My appointment was for extraction of broken tooth roots prior to getting a new dental pallet, by Otia. The whole procedure was carried out efficiently and it was painless. I was pleased and impressed.

Fabulous dentist. Reception staff are lovely, polite and professional. Cannot fault treatment from Sam the hygienist and Otilia the dentist. Been a patient for over 20 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

An appointment the same day

I was concerned about bleeding around the newly fitted bridge I’d been fitted with a few months ago so I rang the surgery and they were able to give me an appointment the same day. I saw a dentist who took an X-ray and reassured me that the area looked fine apart from some swelling, which she felt was normal. But just to make sure she recommended corsodyl toothpaste and mouthwash a prescription for Penicillin was also given to me in case an infection developed.
