Can't fault it
I got a clean and two white fillings and it all went smoothly. The dentist and assistant were very nice and professional. The dentist checked in with me regularly to see how I was doing which I appreciated. Can't fault it!

Had root canal treatment after the original treatment failed. It was done 30 plus years ago. First class treatment from the staff and Stefan who did the work. I should say that the original treatment was not done here!

Receptionist was extremely helpful and pleasant. She re-booked my appointment for me with a smile. Hygienist was excellent, considerate and gentle. Thanks for the excellent service.

My experience
I had an emergency appointment and was seen promptly. However I was surprised and disappointed to learn that if I were to see a different dentist I would be charged for the consultation plus any treatment fees. As far as I am aware I have registered with the practice and not a particular dentist and would be very reluctant to pay such a charge.

Thank you for your feedback, we shall report this back to the clinicians. All dentist's are associats within the practice, All practitioners can charge for an emergency appointment as you are paying for their time the fee for this is £99. We try and keep our patients with the clinician they normally see as they know the treatment needs and at times dont charge for emergency appointments.

Very pleased with the care
Really nice staff, always pleasant and found me a downstairs surgery. Very pleased with the care they give my daughter who has type 1 diabetes and Down Syndrome and myself.
