Polite, informative and efficient and friendly, as always. One tiny, tiny suggestion might be to say ‘please’ before ‘take a seat’. It just sounds a bit nicer.

First class
The treatment I received was first class. My dentist explained what he needed to do and made sure that the process would not hurt but might be a bit uncomfortable. I was given written and verbal instructions for aftercare and perfectly able to walk and bus home. Very pleased and satisfied with my treatment.
