Please accept our apologies if you had more than a 10minute wait to go in to see the hygienist after your dental appointment. There is normally a 10minute buffer between clinicians as the dentist and hygienist have different lengths of times for appointments, so our books dont allow for us to book back to back appointments. This 10minute buffer is also handy if one of the clinicians runs behind for whatever reason, it doesnt set the other clinicians patients to be kept waiting longer than needed.

I always attend my appointments apprehensively and leave with a spring in my step!! Excellent, professional and friendly service from dentist and hygienist. So glad I took out a Denplan Essentials cover plan. Receptionists friendly and helpful too!!
