Extremely kind and reassuring

I was very nervous about going into the dentist after some bad experiences elsewhere in the past, but the dentist was extremely kind and reassuring. He could tell I was nervous and was very informative.

Menlove Dental Surgery

I’ve just spoken to the receptionist, my appointment was made for the same day as I had an irritable problem causing pain to my gums. This was dealt with immediately by reception and appointment made today. I found Joe the dentist to be empathetic to my problem. He has great people skills and he listened. I kept apologising for the pain, he has now relieved the problem and pain, and I can’t thank him enough, my appointments always no matter how much work they have to do on my teeth is very valuable and an easy experience. Can’t say how grateful I am and how confident I feel in them.
