Reassured me

My visit today was to see the hygienist. I usually have Wendy but today I saw Karen and Lucy. How lovely she was. Breath of fresh air. I am a bit of a wimp so I always get nervous for my hygienist visits after having a bad experience years ago. Karen was friendly and attentive and reassured me every step of the way. To be honest, she was just lovely and professional. Thank you Karen and Lucy.
