Fabulous as always

The dentist, nurse and hygienist are fabulous as always. However the girls on the reception deserve a medal, the way some patients speak to them is shameful. Well done girls.

My deepest appreciation to all concerned

I rang this morning to say that unfortunately one of my fillings had fallen out. Within 2 minutes the kindly receptionist had told me I could be seen at 3 pm the same day. I arrived at the surgery for my appointment and at 3pm I was sitting in the dentist’s chair to explain my predicament. Sikh Bhavra was quite reassuring and toyed with the idea of a temporary filling but then decided lt was best to do the full job there and then. I therefore left the surgery with a brand new filling. I would like to place on record my deepest appreciation to all concerned from receptionists, dental assistants and of course my dentist. Well done to all concerned.
