For my appointment : On time, quick, efficient. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful.
However I was unable to get a hygienist appointment at the same time so have to come back which is not acceptable. Also whitening has gone up by 100% - also not acceptable.

Thank you for you feedback. We are sorry you can not get a joint dental and hygiene appointment. We agree our Hygienists are very limited at the moment, through no fault of the practice. Although they work under our banner, they are self employed and unfortunatly due to personal reasons one has been out of the practice, causing a backlog. We have taken action to try and fill the vacancy, in order to help provide care to our patients.
The practice always tried to absorb some costs and at times under sold items, such as whitening, but unfortunatly due to rising costs from the companies that supply us, the cost of some items including whitening has increased.
