Reassuring, patient, explained everything

On arrival reception staff greet you with a smile, and you felt welcomed and at ease, and they were very helpful, took time to explain things.
On leaving very courteous.
Dental nurse, very reassuring and polite and smiling, made you feel at ease.
Dentist - said hello and good eye contact when appropriate, was jovial. Reassuring, patient, explained everything, He has restored my confidence in Dentists and always makes you feel at ease.

Prescot House Dental Practice

Very helpful on reception lovely manners. However I was not told by the dentist the thing have changed since last coming and I had to insist to get a NHS dental clean, the dentist was very reluctant to do it. However she did in the end.
