Recent experience
Needing fillings and dentist said to make an appointment for the hygienist to do them I’m now waiting over 2 weeks for that appointment. I was in the seat just for him to count my teeth and a quick X-ray, left very disappointed.

My experience
Dentist did x rays just to check my fillings and a scale and polish, all in the check up.
Last appointment was just looking at my teeth, so I thought that this was much more detailed examination.

Appointment to see dentist that day
Staff were attentive. Needed emergency appointment due to infection. Was told that there were no appointments but would speak with dentist and call back, which they did within 15 mins with an appointment to see dentist that day.
