Have to say it's the best dentist I have ever been to. Staff was great and friendly.
The work they did was amazing.

I called the emergency dental service as I am not currently registered with my own dentist who arranged an appointment for me later that day with Prescot House Dental Surgery.
I walked into a beautiful building that is tastfully decorated and absolutely spotlessly clean amd tidy. I was welcomed by the lovely girls on the front desk who made me feel so welcome and talked me through the paperwork I had to fill in.
I can't have waited more than 5 minutes from arriving to when the lovely Karen who was my dental nurse for the visit called me in to see Kalvin the dentist. Both Kalvin and Karen made me feel as ease straight away. I had gone in as one of my teeth had snapped off down to the gum line leaving just the root and it had become infected. I was in so much pain and I though I would just be getting a course of antibiotics as I had been told by another dentist at a different surgery the tooth would require a surgical extraction.
Kalvin explained what he was going to do, He had a look at the offending root and took and x-ray and when the x-ray came back, to my surprise he offered to remove the root right then and there. Kalvin could tell by the look on my face that I was not expecting to be getting the offending root extracted at all that day, (Lets just say me and extractions do not get along).
Kalvin instantly reassured me and explained the process and that I would be OK as it would be a rather easy extraction so I very reluctantly accepted his offer.
Karen got me nice and comfortable and got out all the required kit as Kalvin set to work. Through the whole extraction procedure, Kalvin constantly told me what he was doing and kept reassuring me whilst giving me tips on how to manage my breathing while he was working to help me stay calm. After a few minutes the root popped right out and the relief was instant.
The whole time I was in the room with Kalvin and Karen, they both had me laughing and feeling positive in a situation I would usually struggle with, Working in an extremely friendly but equally professional manner The 2 K's got me through the extraction process which in the past at my old dentists was a massive struggle but they kept me calm and showed care, compassion, frindliness and professionalism at its finest.
Now sitting here the following day, I have no pain and I am so grateful to Kalvin, Karen and the rest of the team at Prescot House Dental Surgery.
In the past when at my old dentist, usually after an extraction, I feet like I had been punched in the mouth repeatedly but this time around I feel great.
I would not hesitate in recommeding Prescot House Dental Surgery 100%, the service was simply amazing, and I am just amazed I am not in agony as I would usually be. Thank you so much to the 2 K's and the rest of the team for sorting me out, all within 2 hours off calling!

I find this dentist to be a really, friendly, professional, efficient and caring dentist. From young Jessica on the phones who couldn’t be any more helpful and polite if she tried to my dentist Anna who just pulled my tooth out. She was very professional, told me exactly what she was going to do and made me feel very comfortable sat mouth agape waiting for a tooth to be pulled. I don’t like going to the dentist butPrescot dental surgery is in my opinion, simply the best.

This was the most relaxed I have ever felt at the dentist. I had to come a few times due to an ongoing issue and every time the dentist Anna and her assistant Karen were fantastic. They showed empathy and compassion throughout aswell as explaining the important information too. They made a daunting tooth extraction much easier to experience. Highly recommended and a big big thankyou. ✌️

Visited the dentist today after not going in over 3 years! Was quickly seen to by Aaman and Melissa and they were both amazing! Put all my fears of the dentist away! Very relaxed environment.

I have been given a new dentist called Anna,she is so lovely,very pleasant and welcoming,I am quite a nervous patient but had no need to worry,she took time out to talk to me and explain my options thoroughly before she started my treatment,she reassured me all the way through and kept talking to me,she is the nicest dentist I have ever seen,and I felt very reassured and very calm,thankyou Anna

Visited the practice for an emergency appointment. I was given an appointment really quickly. The reception staff are very friendly and professional as was the dentist and nurse I saw. I couldn't recommend this practice more!

Had a crown fitted today by Jon and Debs. Thouroughly professional and reassuring. Arrived a bit early but was seen almost immediately. Jon is very relaxing and confidence inspiring. Nice relaxing music. Five star recommendation.

Arun and Deb were absolutely amazing put my 12 year son at ease from the minute he walked in. Very efficient in and out within 20 minutes. Fantastic services thank you 😁

Was called in by Deb to see Jon. Great team. It's my second visit to Jon and he's so good and makes you feel at ease. Great Dentist so glad I was put as a patient of his. I feel so comfortable with him. Thank you

I have nothing but praise for this practice. Mr Zein originally took me on at the end of 2005 and have been with them ever since. Have not been around due to COVID however, have recently had treatment with them. My new dentist is Arun and, like Mr. Zein is very professional, lovely chairside manner, listens to what you say and remembers and and also consults with you during the whole course of treatment. I am now finished for the next six months and have a new denture, of which the colour match is fantastic and fits so well. There has been a change of staff but I am really pleased to see that my dental nurse, Debbie, is still around. Like Arun, she is very professional, lovely manner, immediately puts you at ease and is fun. Again, she remembers what you say eg: remembered that I gag when taking impressions. I have full confidence in both Arun and Deb and would not go anywhere else. They are also the ideal team for anyone who is afraid of dentists and are perfect for treating children. The maximum I can rate you is 5 star but would go higher.

Having not been to the dentist since the outbreak of Covid my first dental treatment was an excellent experience and would like to commend Dr Aaman Shah and Karen for thier skill and professionalism. I was particularly impressed with the communication during treatment and the additional advice I recieved.
