Took my mum here today 20-8-2018 who is in a mobility scooter, the lovely and highly professional dentist we had even changed rooms to accommodate my mums needs, he took mums tooth quickly and easy, he talked her through everything he was about to do,she didn’t suffer any after pain either, can’t thank this dentist enough, he was brilliant

Unlike some of the other reviews, I have never had a problem and have been with this dental surgery for over 10 years.
They are extremely professional and were brilliant with my partner who has a fear of needles and dentistry.
The bad reviews on here are really unhelpful and misleading.
Even though the dentists provide NHS treatment, it is also a business and needs to make money.
I don't think some patients appreciate that being late or cancelling with less than 24 hours notice is plain rude.
Also if you pay for treatment, even if you don't finish the course, the treatment still has to be paid in full.
Signing the form at the beginning of your treatment is entering into a contract so you are still legally obliged to pay.
This is the best Dentists I have ever used and they have been professional and caring throughout the years I've been registered there.

Superb, I am needle phobic and have a fear of Dentistry, my new favourite person is Louise Jones, professional and friendly doesn't even come close, this team has taken over my dental care from another local practice thanks to personal recommendation from my partner.
Today I had a filling, a scale and clean and polish and had my upper Denture reprofiled.
No pain whatsoever and was made to feel like a person not a subject.
The comedy routine between Mrs Jones and her nurse comes free.
Thank You
