The practice and nurses are great, the doctor who was in charge of my case was very abrupt and seemed angry. They were condescending and didn’t seem to want to understand or give their time to the issue.

My experience
Disappointed with my 6-month check-up with Mr. Nemati today. Check up was fine, however, I am an NHS patient (always have been), NOT private, but was told I needed to see the hygienist but would be charged £77 - £80 as the hygienist would be private. I'd usually pay around £44 for this service. I voiced my concerns with the dentist and was told that he is private, so the hygienist will also. The conclusion is that I will be referred back to an NHS dentist within this practice.
