Made me feel so comfortable

I’m nervous going to the dentist and have put it off for years but when I eventually had the courage to make an appointment, I had it with Scott Heritage and he made me feel so comfortable and reassured me there was nothing wrong with my teeth and that I was only overthinking it. The assistant was really lovely too but I didn’t quite catch her name, she held my hand at the big age of 21 when I needed to get a needle for my filling and I’m grateful for both of them.

Dr Parsa is an amazing dentist who is excellent at his job. I am a nervous patient, and he always treats me with patience and kindness. Thank you so much Dr!

Staff very friendly, Scott my dentist was brilliant he was very gentle. My only problem was I’d stood outside for 10 mins because the main door was shut not realising the dentist was open! I didn’t think to push the door to see if was open, how thick am I? So if you could just open the main red door too when you open up my visit would have been perfect.
