An appointment at short notice
I was so pleased I'd been able to secure an appointment at short notice because I was in pain. I was dealt with promptly. Dentist Xrayed me and explained I had an abscess. She gave me a prescription for antibiotics.

Quick trip to the dentist, explained my worries and was reassured by the lovely dentist what will happen next. Lady at reception was amazing as well booking me in for a follow up appointment so quick.

So welcoming and efficient
Diane and Karen on reception were so welcoming and efficient, and my new dental nurse was friendly and pleasant. My new dentist was professional and more; she asked about my health conditions and, she listened (patiently and attentively) The appointment was one of the best I have experienced.
