Well informed advice

I went in with a specific mindset knowing my gum health was bad and potential tooth loss in the future.
Wasn't preached too, just got some really good and well informed advice.

I have been going to this dentist for about 40 years and have always found them to be very professional.
On this occasion I was seen by Premalatha and she apologised for being delayed because of a previous patient. I found her to be very nice and helpful and a pleasure to be treated by.

Think there’s too many questions that don’t relate to the dentist. GDPR is very important and the rules needs to be followed.

My experience

The dentist and hygienist were spot on.
The lady on reception didn’t seem to have any interest whatsoever in me when I spoke to her, bordering on dismissive / ignorant which is sad to see on someone so young ( at the start of her career ).
