Treated with friendliness and courtesy
I found the whole atmosphere to be relaxing after a poor start to my visit. This was, I believe, coloured somewhat by arriving cold and soaked from lashing rain. Once I shed my raincoat, made myself comfortable with a visit to the toilet and settled in the warm waiting room, I relaxed into a better frame of mind.
I was treated with friendliness and courtesy by all members of staff and slowly became aware of change in atmosphere from earlier attendances; definitely more professional attitude from reception employees and lots of smiles when concluding business for this sometimes muddled 85 yr old patient. My thanks to everyone; Parma, Karen, Karen on reception and all others with whom I had contact today.

My experience
I had to have a mould for new dentures. Which I have had no problems with before. This visit was not that simple. The mould that was used was too big for my mouth and the material they used for the impressions was not made to the right consistency and caused me to nearly choke. Unpleasant experience.
