I received excellent service today from Premalatha, every step taken was fully explained to me and I was asked for my thoughts too which was really appreciated. The technique applied was perfect and I am really pleased with my new dentist! Thank you.

My experience

The new Dentist I saw today was brilliant, and really reassuring.
The issue was getting the appointment in the first place, 4 days after my appointment on 30th July my tooth cracked, I therefore rang up straight away to ask for another appointment to be told I had to wait until the 23rd September (within 2 months). When it came to paying for my treatment today it wasn't taken into account that I had previously paid less than 2 months ago, and was being told because I had seen another dentist I had to pay again in full, which isn't the case according to the NHS website regarding paying for further treatment if within 2 months. That also isn't the responsibility of the patient as the patient has no control over what dentist they see or who they are given on the day. However in the end the staff discussed the scenario outside of my view and came to and agreement of myself paying the difference of the check up/band 1 to band 2.

Very good dentist I saw today, she seemed very interested and bothered about my oral health and gave me useful tips on how to care for my gums and to prevent worsening of gum disease.
