Jon did a repair on my tooth. He was patient when listening to me and made me feel relaxed and calm. The nurse was welcoming and put me at ease. Very happy with the whole visit.

Very good experience

I am a very nervous patient, and all staff was very patient, reassured me, talking to me to distract me and to calm me, was respected and listened to when asked about any problems. Post dental treatment, advice was given, and general chat, very good experience, well done.

My experience

I arranged a physio appointment at the surgery for today. On my NHS app it states that the appointment is located in Prescot Medical Centre. I arrived on time only to be told that the appointment was actually at Longview Drive. I therefore missed my appointment and have had to rearrange for 2 weeks time. On the new appointment it still says the appointment is located at Prescot Medical Centre but is infact located in Whiston medical centre. Surely there’s people missing important appointments because of this!
