My first initial appointment was today and I couldn’t fault them the dentist seen how much pain I was in an took the tooth out he was so caring explained everything kept stopping to check I was ok this is really a lovely dentist

Emergency appointment obtained via 111. Was 45 mins late going in to be 5 mins. One look in mouth and antibiotics given. Meanwhile my cracked tooth still persists. Told no point in giving treatment as I’m not a patient there. Told to take antibiotics and get a nhs dentist. I’ve been trying to get a nhs dentist for years since mine did a moonlight flit. Total waste of time and day off work for the privilege of £27 odd
