My experience

The practice saying I owe them, I was told nothing outstanding at the time and subsequently so, now I'm told why which was not the case at the time. If the left and the right hand tell different rules, the practice needs a clear policy that 'ALL' staff are aware of!!

Prescot House Dental Practice

Nobody at the reception desk on arrival and waited 10 mins before anyone came. Was told we are having our lunch break. Not a good experience. The dentist who treated me was very good, professional, pleasant and understanding of my needs.
