I was made to feel welcome
New patient, so I was made to feel welcome. All staff very professional and polite at all times. When it came to payment of treatment, all was explained before payment was taken.
The Dentist made you feel at ease and explained clearly what treatment was to take place and what future treatment would be required and at what cost but treatment was not forced, option to say no.

I've always been anxious and dreaded going to the dentist and after lock down it was impossible to get any dentist not to mention a 'decent, understanding ' one! Jon and Deb are both professional, understanding and from the beginning put me at ease. After 4 months of treatment and a brand new smile, they have restored not only my teeth but my faith in going to the dentists again. Thank you both so so very much 🤗😁
