They did an excellent job

Dan did a great job putting in my first Insert to replace a broken Crown. Found the treatment very straightforward. Not too unpleasant and nothing like the original crowns and root cannel I had in the 90’s. Recommended….

Appointment
The lack of flexibility with opening hours is becoming a real problem. There is the option of booking Saturday appointments but these aren't available for August or September and it isn’t possible to book further ahead at the moment. Taking time off work for routine dental check ups isn't an option with some employers and the opening hours of Llandudno Smiles don’t accommodate this when the last dental check up appointment is 1615hrs.
One later evening/early morning and/or the option of booking appointments on a Saturday morning would allow all paying clients to maintain regular dental check up appointments.

We appreciate that appointment flexibility is important and are continually reviewing our availability to meet the needs of our patients, Saturday appointments are offered where possible but we will take your comments regarding evening appointments into consideration. We already open at 8:30am and offer lunch time appointments as well as some later appointments up to 6/6:30pm where possible.
We also need to consider staffing availability and the number of patients requiring these appointments when reviewing our opening hours. We apologise that we were unable to accomodate your needs on thos occasion and appreciate your feedback.

A wonderful dentist
I honestly can’t thank Carmen enough. I’ve always been an incredibly anxious dental patient and used to dread every appointment, but from the moment I met her, she made me feel completely at ease.
I recently had two teeth extracted, and although I was very nervous, Carmen was so kind, patient and reassuring throughout. She took the time to explain everything, never made me feel rushed, and constantly checked that I was okay. Her calm and caring manner made what I thought would be a frightening experience so much easier than I ever imagined.
Thanks to Carmen, I no longer feel anxious about going to the dentist, and that’s something I never thought I’d be able to say. She has completely changed the way I feel about dental treatment.
A huge thank you to Carmen and the whole team for their kindness, professionalism and exceptional care. I feel incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful dentist and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone, especially those who feel nervous about dental treatment.
