Llandudno Smiles Dental Practice deserve a Gold Award….my teenage daughter’s molar had chipped, we has an emergency appt, she was scared of an jnjection and filling. Elvis the dentist and practice owner was genius…he fully explained the procedure & gave her numbing cream prior to injecting the area. His assistance, Taylor, was equally brilliant and professional. My daughter walked away with a healthy molar and a huge smile. This practice provides the best up to date and professional service available…within a very friendly and calming atmosphere…brilliant and thank you

I was greeted with a warm welcome and the lounge area where I had to wait was calm and helped ease me into the appointment. The appointment with Carmen was very useful. She made very clear what I need to do going forward and even went out of her way to explain to the receptionists what the next steps are going forward. Left me feeling that my needs in all aspects of being a newbie to Llandudno Smiles made me want to continue taking their service. Then the receptionist explained what the options of dates were for my next appointment were and gave me a rundown of my monthly payment plan, that was really useful and appreciated. Thank you Llandudno Smiles.
