Extraction
Dentist Elvis Ahenkorah fitted me in on his lunch break to extract a bad tooth that needed to come out. I was very grateful for this as I was in so much pain. He was kind and caring showing me the X-rays of the offending tooth. This was the first visit for me at this practice and I will be relaxed about future treatment I need. May also say Nurse Joanne used up some of her lunch break to assist him. Well done you two!

Very good
Elvis and team were very good, had an awkward filling but realised tooth extraction needed. Did not hurt and process although lengthy due to his attempts to save the tooth if possible was 100% better than I thought it would be. Follow up call the next day to check there were no problems was very appreciated.

My overall experience today at Smiles is the same as always - everyone is kind and friendly - Elvis is great dentist and is very considerate and thoughtful in his approach to his patients - I also visited the new Hygienist who was very gentle and encouraging - my overall view on all the staff at Smiles is a very positive one - well done team.

Being a very nervous patient a few years ago has completely changed and now I don’t mind going, all down to their kind, caring team! The practice is always clean and has coffee/water available whilst waiting. Elvis in particular is exceptional and has all the patience in the world! Thanks for everything!

Appointment
Costs for teeth whitening have gone up from £52 to £82 for a new system of whitening with a promise of 30mins for the appointment. Got 15 mins and some of my lower teeth feel rough. Staff there are lovely though.
