Fitted me in for an emergency appointment, the next day ! So professional and calming both Carmen the dentist and the dental nurse. Everything was explained thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend.

Implant placement
Had my implant placement today. Whole procedure took no more than 30 minutes. Dr Dan and his team were fabulous. Don't know why I was so nervous about implants. Feel like it was easier going through this than extraction. Llandudno Smiles are great.

I cannot speak too highly of this dental practice. From an initial telephone conversation with Gina, the receptionist, this morning to the problem being resolved by Carmen, the dental surgeon, without an appointment, took less than an hour and this included my journey time to the surgery. All the staff are so friendly and you feel completely at ease. The practice is fantastic.

Hygienist appointment
Since the new practice has started I have seen it grow and develop in a very positive, progressive way. The staff are extremely welcoming, polite and helpful. Today they apologised twice for running late due to some equipment not working and asked if they could offer me anything. I saw a new hygienist I think called Ziggi and that was the best hygienist experience I have had.
She was very gentle yet thorough and fully explained everything.

I really like this dentist, Elvis really cares and all the other staff are amazing. I would recommend to everyone to go here.
My only point that could make it better is timing. 100% of the time I’ve been I’ve had to wait well past my appointment time it just seem it could be a bit better organised from that point.
