Wisdom tooth extraction

Gave me options regarding treatment
Appointment today with Elvis as my back tooth has been uncomfortable and very sensitive - as always Elvis and the nurse were lovely - he took an x-ray, showed me what the problem is and gave me options regarding treatment which was very helpful - he is always very reassuring which I find helps me - all the staff are so nice at the surgery from the receptionist to the dental nurses and Carmen is delightful too.

I was expecting to see the hygienist I saw at my last appointment but this was a male who I hadn’t seen before. He didn’t introduce himself. Since Claira went I seem to have had someone different every time so none of them know who I am or anything about me. He didn’t warn me that he was using the water cleaner. It wasn’t a very pleasant experience. My face was soaked and water was pouring down my neck. I don’t think the nurse knew what she was doing because she kept jamming a hard instrument into the side of my throat which made me choke.

Amazing service
Absolutely amazing service from Asha. Explained everything she was going to do and made me feel relaxed. I must also say that since I have been coming to Llandudno Smiles they certainly have made me feel relaxed. All staff are lovely and I just can't praise them enough. I can now honestly say I am not scared of going to the dentist. Thank you all so much for helping me get over my fear of dentists.
