Pleasant and welcoming

All staff are pleasant and welcoming. Hygienist and dentist both took the time to explain what they did and why.

The best dentist

Elvis is the best dentist. He is kind, he is skilled and he explains everything. He puts me completely at ease.
The staff are so lovely and do a great job from the dental nurses to the receptionist and beyond!
I highly recommend this dental practice, everything is spotlessly clean and it has a lovely environment.

The service received and the technical know how was excellent.
I approached Llandudno Smiles as a new private prospect on Monday 29th January requiring urgent treatment, not in the sense of relieving excruciating pain, but as another important matter which all the staff recognised. I was offered an emergency appointment for 8.30 the following morning Tuesday 30th. The dental work was actioned promptly to my total satisfaction. The staff were all friendly, surroundings extremely comfortable. I left in a state of elation. I will always be grateful and would recommend this dental practice and Elvis in particular to everyone.
