Llandudno Smiles
As a result of Elvis being called out, my appointment had to be rescheduled. This was dealt with very professionally by the administrator who apologised for the problem. I appreciate that emergencies do happen but the cost of travel is so expensive and time is so precious (when you get to my age). I'd love it if you would consider a small reduction in my next treatment!

Such a good team
The hygienist explained everything very well with good advice. Both he and his assistant were very nice and friendly which put me at ease straight away. The new machine for cleaning is amazing and far less brutal than the previous one. Impressed.
Elvis and his assistant were also very friendly to me and also explained everything well.
I'm very happy to have such a good team looking after my oral health.
