Overall friendly but felt rushed. Had appointment for hygienist and check up, took less than 20 mins. More communication needed between pts and staff, with regard to changes.

Llandudno Smiles

Made to feel welcome and relaxed even though short staffed today. Elvis is great. Love the new hygiene machine. Quiet and painless. My only comment is that I could not see anything when the water sprayed lightly over the safety visor. Either wipe it or let me know what you’re doing treatment-wise. I only knew about the dental floss when it poked me in the gum whereas if I had been told in advance it wouldn’t have left me to guess what was happening. Staff pleasant and friendly and a nice coffee too. Overall another positive visit.

Entirely painless

I saw Asha for a scale and polish. She explained that she would be using a new machine. For the first time the procedure was entirely painless. She was very professional and helped to make me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend the practice, Asha and the new machine!
