Llandudno Smiles
Carmen gave me excellent answers to my concerns and explained everything with X-rays etc. I have two fillings booked and hope that the problem tooth will be sorted. Will consider an implant if I have ongoing problems from the tooth extracted.

The Dentist was very good
My appointment was very delayed today, and being high risk to infection, this was worrying. The staff were very understanding of my situation and kept me updated of the delays on several occasions.
The Dentist was very good. With a very clear understanding of my situation. The treatment from the dentist was of an extremely high standard. Everything was explained to me thoroughly, and great care was taken by them, to make sure that the correct treatment is given to me on my next visits.
Overall, my experience of Llandudno smiles has left me feeling very much at ease, with the treatment that is soon commencing.

I was quite anxious to have an injection, but Elvis was very reassuring, and the lovely Nurse held my hand while it was being done.
I was talked through what was happening at each stage of the procedure, and reassured that I could take a break at any time.

Elvis was my dentist over 9 years ago, he designed my first set of dentures, wearing them made my confidence grow again.
Unfortunately the practice in Bangor closed and he had to move . As I need a new set I knew I wanted him to make them. He is so charming and makes you so at ease.
I got my new set of dentures a few weeks ago... They are very comfortable, and I feel I can smile again without feeling embarrassed...

I can't fault any of the treatment
My only complaint is the screen showing dental procedures in detail in the waiting area which can be uncomfortable for some people, I can't fault any of the treatment I received, it was helpful and excellent
