Excellent service and treatment

Picture this: Monday morning and Llandudno Smiles were full on from 8 am!
A guy needed an extraction and a woman needed treatment but also had a very important work-related meeting.
I needed a filling replaced which I’d lost over the weekend.
These guys are smooth operators and dealt with this wave of needy people in just under an hour.
Excellent service and treatment from arrival to departure.
What stood out for me?
Teamwork.
The relaxed atmosphere.
And all the TLC you can handle.

Excellent service from the dentist Elvis, the hygienist Asha and also the receptionist. However, I wasn't expecting a bill for £82 for my visit to the hygienist as I pay monthly through Denplan. It turns out that you have to pay for the first full examination by the hygienist which wasn't explained when I first signed up.

Everything. I love going to the dentist. All the staff are so professional, approachable and willing to help or advise. They are real professionals, appointments are kept on time never waiting around. Just fabulous.

Friendly welcome

I like the friendly welcome and calming waiting area.
Carmen and the supporting team make for a non-tense appointment as I've never really liked visiting the dentist!
