Helpful and courteous
Appreciated very much being seen urgently whilst on holiday in the area. Staff were all very helpful and courteous. Dentist explained clearly what she suggested needed to be done on the day and what possibly would need to be done in the future by my own dentist.

Llandudno Smiles
Kept waiting for more than 20 minutes. Numerous texts were sent beforehand with different times so I had to phone to check plus my original appointment was changed twice by the surgery. Everyone was very pleasant, particularly the receptionist.

Thank you for your review, we really appreciate your feedback, which helps us to make things better for you as our patient. As a practice we apologise that you had to wait to be seen and that your appointment was changed on a few occasions, we always endeavour to minimise disruption to our patients as much as possible but at times unfortunately this is unavoidable. Delays can also occur when appointments run over due to emergencies but we can appreciate this is frustrating for you as a patient waiting to be seen and will usually communicate this to anyone waiting for a period of time.

Very polite and helpful
Nice reception area when first arrive, pleasant receptionist, very polite and helpful. Had a check up, again helpful and very informative, made everything about my visit perfectly clear including my options going forward if I were to choose for opting in for ongoing work.
