Very caring
I'm very nervous at the dentist. I can not fault the care I have been given from walking up to the reception to sitting in the chair. Everything was explained to me clearly. Very caring. Keep up the good work and a big thank you.

They go the extra mile
The staff are so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. They go the extra mile. All the staff are very professional. The best dental practice I have ever had. Environment is extremely clean and nicely decorated.

Excellent care
No one likes going to the dentist but the pleasant, not too clinical surroundings at Llandudno Smiles really help. I have been really happy with all my treatments. You give excellent care and go the extra mile. Such a big improvement on my last dentist. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice.

My experience
The staff are amazing. That's what stands out for me the most. Side tangent and personal statement: I don't like dentists. Never have. Probably never will. I feel the judgy stares of their attendant nurses(?) even if they aren't actually being judgemental. The dentists also make me uncomfortable for needing to visit them in the first place. Even the receptionists stares or sideways glances are enough to make me want to walk out the door. Llandudno Smiles is different! It is LITERALLY the only dental practice (or dental service of any kind) where I feel like I am in the right place under the care of the right people. For someone like me, it's a relief to have a dentist I can trust.. Let alone feel like I haven't just been judged by a bunch of teeth Nazi's. For self conscious people, or those who simply want a good, capable and honest dentist... This is the place I would recommend. It's not the NHS though, so do expect to pay the equivalent price.

Arrive at 1. 50 for 2pm appointment. Door locked felt silly standing
Outside no notice about lunch, let in and had to wait till 2:15 till called.
Even checked the time with reception hey ho, guess that’s life?????
